Jackpot is a community for responsible drivers. To qualify you must download our app and drive for 2 weeks to demonstrate you are in the top 20 percent of drivers. You also need a clean driving record.

You can expect your premium to be similar to other major carriers. The main benefit of Jackpot is that you can get up to 50% back at the end based on your pool driving results.

Each driver pool has 25 vehicles. Once you qualify for Jackpot Insurance you are matched with 24 other drivers. You can join a pool with friends and family or we match you with other qualified safe drivers.

Claims are processed similar to a traditional carrier (report the claim, investigation, payment). The payments are deducted from your pool and reduce the funds available for the Safe Driving Payout.

Using the Jackpot app, your phone’s sensors measure driving behavior — hard braking, speed relative to traffic flow, and phone distraction. No hardware to install. Location permissions are required.

Your pool sees anonymized activity — never your name or individual trip details. Only you see your own detailed driving data.

Based on your pool’s collective driving performance over 6 months. Premiums Collected − Claim Payments − Expenses = Safe Driving Payout. The better everyone drives, the higher the payout.
