Privacy Summary
We built Jackpot to give safe drivers back more of what they pay for auto insurance. We are serious about privacy and believe you deserve to know exactly what kind of data we collect and what we do with it. (Spoiler alert: we don't sell your data.)
We don't sell your data.
Jackpot can only verify safe driving and return premium to the right people if you trust us with your information. We will not share, sell, or otherwise use your data for anything beyond delivering on that promise.
We don't share your personal information.
We may use aggregated, de-identified data for marketing or research (that's a fancy way of saying data that can't be tied back to you). We might report on average pool payouts or how many drivers use Jackpot, but never in a way that identifies individuals.
We don't run third-party ads on our site.
We don't sell ad space and you'll never see banner ads or sponsored content on our site or in our future app. The only marketing on getjackpot.ai is from us, about Jackpot.
Joining the waitlist is just an email.
Right now, signing up for Jackpot only requires your email address. We don't ask for your driving record, your current insurance, or any payment information until we actually launch and you choose to enroll.
Below is a summary of the kinds of data we collect and what we do with it.
Email Address
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email so we can let you know when Jackpot launches in your area. That's it.
We do not sell this data, period.
Website Analytics
Jackpot collects data on how you use the site (pages viewed, clicks, time spent, browser type) to understand what's working and improve the experience. This is aggregated and anonymized whenever possible.
We do not sell this data, period.
Advertising Measurement
When you arrive from a Meta or Google ad, those platforms share standard campaign data with us so we can measure which ads work. We send back a signal when someone joins the waitlist so we know which ads brought in the right kind of drivers.
We do not sell this data, period.
Approximate Location
Jackpot detects your approximate location based on your IP address (think city, not street) so we know which states and regions are interested. We do not collect GPS or precise location data on this site.
We do not sell this data, period.
