These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of getjackpot.ai (the “Site”) operated by Jackpot Insurance Inc. (“Jackpot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. They do not govern any insurance policy or relationship that may arise if you become a Jackpot customer in the future. That relationship will be subject to a separate insurance contract and applicable state insurance regulations.

1. What this Site is

The Site is a marketing and waitlist platform. It describes a forthcoming auto insurance product, lets you join a waitlist, and provides educational information about how the product is intended to work.

The Site is not an offer of insurance. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell insurance, an application for insurance, or a binding promise of coverage, premium, payout, or any other insurance benefit. Joining the waitlist does not enroll you in any insurance product.

Insurance products are offered only through duly licensed entities, only in states where they are approved, and only pursuant to formal application and underwriting processes. References on the Site to coverage, premiums, payouts, pool structures, or savings are illustrative only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit information you don't have the right to submit, including someone else's email address without their consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
  • Interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malware, scraping at scale, or sending automated traffic
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Site
  • Use the Site to compete with Jackpot or to develop a competing product
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including all text, graphics, logos, images, code, and design, is owned by Jackpot or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share the Site's content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.

“Jackpot” and the Jackpot logo are trademarks of Jackpot Insurance Inc.

5. User submissions

If you submit any information to us through the Site (including email addresses, qualification responses, or feedback), you represent that:

  • You have the right to submit it
  • It is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • It does not violate the rights of any third party

You grant Jackpot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted information to operate the Site, communicate with you about Jackpot, and improve our products and services. We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Forward-looking statements

The Site contains forward-looking statements about Jackpot's intended product, including statements about pool structures, payout percentages, qualification criteria, and savings illustrations. These statements reflect our current plans and are subject to change. The actual product, when launched, may differ from what is described on the Site, and may not be available in all states.

Specifically:

  • The “up to 50% of premium back” figure is a target tied to pool driving performance. Actual payouts depend on actual claims experience, expense levels, regulatory requirements, and other factors.
  • The pool size, qualification criteria, and tracking methodology described may change before launch.
  • Statements about industry-wide expense ratios, advertising spend, or executive compensation are based on publicly available data and reflect our understanding at the time of publication.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Site. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not insurance, financial, legal, or tax advice.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JACKPOT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Jackpot harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated more prominently. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jackpot regarding the Site.
